He was State President of Indian Junior Chamber - (Gujarat) in 1990.  He is working as a National Trainer since 1988. As a trainer , conducted more than 575 courses in several organization (like Junior Chamber, C.E.D., Naheru Yuvak Kendra, L.I.C. etc.) at different state of India ( Gujarat, Maharastra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajsthan, Tamilnadu, Bihar, West bengal etc. )

- Outstanding Jaycee of the State in 1985.

- Outstanding State Trainer in 1988.

- Outstanding National Trainer in 1989.

- Kamal Patra Award in 1989.
